PrintStore is a brand of Brandigo Private Limited. Brandigo Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the Data Controller for personal data processed through this portal. 6. B2B2C Partners — Data Responsibilities
B2B2C partners who use PrintStore to procure products for resale or distribution to their own end-customers are independently responsible for ensuring lawful collection, handling, and use of their end-customers' personal data.
Brandigo acts as a Data Controller in relation to data provided by B2B2C partners in connection with their own accounts and orders. Brandigo does not assume responsibility for data protection obligations of B2B2C partners towards their own end-consumers. B2B2C partners must comply with all applicable data protection laws when using PrintStore services.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, in line with ISO 27001 standards and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our security measures include:
