1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PrintStore (www.printstore.world), a custom printing portal owned and operated by Brandigo Private Limited ("Brandigo", "we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before placing any order.

In these Terms, "you" and "your" refers to the individual, business, or entity using the PrintStore portal or placing an order. By accessing the Portal or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms along with any product-specific guidelines posted on the Portal.

Brandigo reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting consumer rights, data practices, refunds, payments, or service obligations will be notified through email, account notice, or a prominent portal notice before they take effect, where required by applicable law. Continued use of the Portal after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. All legal communications will be sent electronically to your registered email address. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receiving transactional SMS and WhatsApp messages related to your orders, deliveries, and account. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@brandigo.in.

2. About PrintStore

PrintStore is Brandigo's consumer and business-facing custom printing portal, enabling customers to design and order a wide range of printed products for personal, commercial, and institutional use. PrintStore operates as a brand of Brandigo Private Limited; all invoices, payments, refunds, and contractual obligations are governed by and executed through Brandigo Private Limited.

3. Eligibility

Use of the Portal is available only to persons who can lawfully enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are incompetent to contract, including minors, un-discharged insolvents, or persons of unsound mind, are not eligible.

Minors who wish to place an order must do so through their parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Customer Segments

4.1 B2C Customers (Retail / Individual)

B2C customers are individuals or small businesses who order printed products for personal or direct commercial use. Standard pricing, delivery terms, and the return policy apply to B2C orders as detailed in these Terms.

4.2 B2B2C Customers (Business Resellers / Distributors)

B2B2C customers are businesses that procure printed products from PrintStore for onward resale, distribution, or deployment to their own end-customers. B2B2C partners are solely responsible for ensuring that their end-customers are informed of and comply with applicable product usage terms and return policies.

Brandigo shall have no direct contractual obligation or liability towards end-consumers of B2B2C partners, unless explicitly agreed in a separate written agreement. B2B2C bulk orders may be governed by an additional Purchase Order (PO) or service agreement.

5. Products Available on PrintStore

PrintStore offers custom-printed products across the following categories:

• Business Stationery: Business cards, letterheads, envelopes, notepads
• Marketing Collateral: Brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, standees
• Labels & Stickers: Product labels, address labels, barcode / QR labels, custom sticker sheets
• Packaging: Custom boxes, pouches, tissue paper, packaging inserts
• Office & Branded Merchandise: Diaries, calendars, branded pens, table items
• Event & Promotional Print: Invitations, certificates, event passes, tent cards
• Institutional Print: ID cards, membership cards, PVC cards

Product availability, specifications, and customisation options are subject to change. All product images displayed on the Portal are for representational purposes only.

6. Ordering and Account Registration

To place an order on PrintStore, you will need to create an account on the Portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You own or hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for all content, artwork, images, logos, and text submitted for printing
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity
• The content does not violate any applicable law, including the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950, or The Representation of the People Act, 1951
• The content does not include material associated with government bodies, regulatory authorities, or protected financial institutions without valid authorisation
• The content is not offensive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable

Brandigo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order or account where content or conduct violates these Terms, payment rules, platform integrity requirements, or applicable laws. Wherever reasonably practicable and legally appropriate, Brandigo will provide notice of such action. If your account is suspended, you may submit an appeal to contact@brandigo.in within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the suspension notice. Brandigo will review and respond to such appeals within 10 (ten) working days.

7. Artwork and Design Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all artwork, content, and designs submitted for printing. PrintStore does not proofread or verify user-submitted content prior to production.

Brandigo shall not be responsible for:

• Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors in user-submitted content
• Poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or substandard images provided by you
• Design errors, incorrect colour choices, or layout issues introduced by you during the order process
• Incorrect product specifications selected by you, including paper type, finish, size, or quantity

You are strongly advised to review all artwork, proofs, and specifications carefully before confirming your order. Where a digital proof is provided, your approval of the proof constitutes acceptance of the final design for printing.

8. Pricing

All prices on the Portal are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change based on product specifications, taxes, shipping charges, promotional offers, or supplier inputs. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at checkout and reflected in the order confirmation.

The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as reflected in the order confirmation email. Placing a product in your cart does not reserve the displayed price.

9. Payment

9.1 Online Payment

Payments may be made using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or digital wallets as available at checkout. All payments are collected by Brandigo Private Limited, the legal entity operating the PrintStore portal. Orders are confirmed and production is initiated only upon successful payment.

Online payments are processed through authorised payment gateway partners, banks, card networks, UPI service providers, and payment aggregators in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines, payment network rules, PCI-DSS security requirements, and Indian law. Brandigo does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net-banking passwords on its servers. Payment confirmation, chargeback handling, failed transaction reversals, and settlement timelines may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, card network, UPI service provider, or payment aggregator.

9.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible products and select pin codes. COD payments may be made in cash or by card (where accepted by our logistics partner) at the time of delivery. Brandigo reserves the right to withdraw the COD facility for pin codes, products, or customer accounts at its discretion.

For COD orders involving split shipments or consolidated dispatches, the value on the shipping label may not correspond to the products in that specific consignment. Any overpayment will be refunded to your bank account via NEFT upon request, subject to confirmation from our logistics partner.

By selecting the COD option, you agree to pay the full order value on delivery. Non-payment upon delivery may result in account suspension and/or recovery proceedings.

9.3 B2B2C and Bulk Orders

For B2B2C bulk or institutional orders, payment terms may be separately agreed through a Purchase Order. In the absence of a separate agreement, invoices are payable in advance or within the period confirmed at checkout.

10. GST and Taxation

All prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated. GST will be charged at the applicable rate based on the HSN code of the product ordered. All tax invoices for orders placed on PrintStore will be issued by Brandigo Private Limited, which is the registered legal entity operating the PrintStore portal. The invoice will carry Brandigo Private Limited’s GSTIN, registered address, and company name — not “PrintStore” as a separate entity, as PrintStore is a brand of Brandigo Private Limited and not a separate legal or tax entity.

You agree to provide your GSTIN and registered entity name at the time of ordering if you wish to claim Input Tax Credit. Failure to provide a valid GSTIN will result in you being treated as "unregistered" under GST law, and you may not be eligible to claim ITC. Brandigo will not verify the accuracy of GSTIN provided and shall not be responsible for any tax liability arising from incorrect or missing GSTIN. Brandigo's liability under GST is limited to the tax charged on the invoice.

11. Production and Turnaround

Production commences after order confirmation and successful payment. Estimated production timelines are indicated on the product page and order confirmation and are subject to order volume, product complexity, and operational capacity.

Where a digital proof is provided, you must communicate your approval or revision requests within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt. Failure to respond within this period will be deemed as approval, and production will proceed. Changes to artwork, specifications, or delivery details after production has commenced may not be accommodated and may result in cancellation without refund.

12. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 30 (thirty) minutes of placing it, provided that production has not yet commenced. Cancellations must be done directly through the PrintStore portal — go to My Account > My Orders, select the order, and click Cancel Order. The cancellation option will automatically disappear once 30 minutes have elapsed from the time of order placement, after which the order cannot be cancelled.

Once production has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. For Custom or B2B2C bulk orders governed by a Purchase Order, cancellation terms shall be as specified in the applicable commercial agreement.

Brandigo reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including for reasons such as payment failure, content policy violations, or operational constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment instrument within 7 (seven) working days.

13. Shipping and Delivery

All orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout via Brandigo's logistics partners. You are solely responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Brandigo shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Standard orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of production completion, with an estimated total delivery time of 5–9 business days from order confirmation, depending on the delivery pin code. Express or priority delivery may be available for select products and locations at an additional charge, as indicated at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may be affected by factors beyond Brandigo’s control. Brandigo shall not be held financially liable for delivery delays, regardless of cause.

Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon handover to our logistics carrier.

Brandigo will make three (3) delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges will be borne by you. Brandigo reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed products after 7 (seven) days from the last delivery attempt, and you shall remain liable for the order value.

14. Quality and Product Claims

Brandigo is committed to delivering products that meet the specifications confirmed at the time of order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced product, you must notify PrintStore customer care within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery, with supporting photographs and order details.

Claims will not be entertained beyond 15 days of delivery. Brandigo is not responsible for errors or defects attributable to user-submitted content or specifications as described in Section 7.

15. Returns and Refunds

15.1 Eligible Returns

Return and refund claims are accepted only for:

• Manufacturing defects or printing errors attributable solely to Brandigo
• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged in transit (photographic evidence required at the time of delivery)

15.2 Return Process

Brandigo will arrange pickup of the eligible product. A quality check will be conducted upon receipt at our warehouse, and a refund or replacement will be processed thereafter. Brandigo will make three (3) pickup attempts; failure to make the product available may result in closure of the claim.

15.3 Refunds

Refunds will be processed by Brandigo Private Limited to the original payment instrument. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via NEFT to a bank account provided by you. Refunds are in Indian Rupees only. If you opt for PrintStore Credit in lieu of a refund, such credit is valid for 45 (forty-five) days from issuance and will lapse if unused. Please allow up to 30 (thirty) working days for refunds to be processed after approval.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the PrintStore Portal, including design tools, templates, graphics, fonts, and platform features, is the intellectual property of Brandigo Private Limited and/or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any Portal content outside of ordering products through PrintStore.

Where you use Brandigo's design tools or templates to create artwork, you acknowledge that the individual design elements remain the property of Brandigo and may be made available to other customers. Brandigo does not warrant that designs created using its tools will not be similar to those of other users, and provides no guarantee against trademark or IP infringement of designs created by you. Independent legal advice on IP matters is solely your responsibility.

17. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PrintStore to produce content that is:

• Offensive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, threatening, or unlawful
• In violation of the Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950 or The Representation of the People Act, 1951
• Associated with government bodies, regulated financial entities, or protected institutions without authorisation
• Infringing on any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

Brandigo reserves the right to refuse production, cancel orders, and terminate accounts for violations of this policy, and to report suspected unlawful activity to relevant authorities.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Brandigo Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, content submitted by you for printing, or any infringement of third-party rights.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal and all products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Brandigo makes no warranties, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. Brandigo does not warrant that the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandigo's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order giving rise to the claim. Brandigo shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

21. Force Majeure

Brandigo shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, internet or power failures, or logistics partner disruptions.

22. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by you to Brandigo in connection with the PrintStore Portal or products shall be treated as non-confidential and shall become the exclusive property of Brandigo. By submitting feedback, you assign all related intellectual property rights to Brandigo at no charge.

24. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms or any order, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations for not less than 30 (thirty) days from written notice.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), with the seat of arbitration at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For consumer disputes, you may also approach the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration and consumer forum provisions above, the courts of Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

26. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms, together with any applicable PO, Privacy Policy, and product-specific guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brandigo with respect to use of the PrintStore portal.
